We look for unique vendors who want to be a part of a fun and exciting environment. The Mercantile is made up of 200+ booths, each  bringing a unique taste and flavor to Home Décor, Antiques, Fashion, Collectibles, Jewelry, Furniture and more!

Details


  • All booths require a 6-month lease.
  • First Month’s Rent & Security Deposit (equal to one-month’s rent) due in advance.
  • A 7% Sales Commission is collected by The Mercantile.
  • The Mercantile collects and reports all sales tax to the State of Texas.
  • The Mercantile offers sales information daily through what-sold.com.
  • *All booth rentals require four (4) monthly hours worked in store (but not in dealer’s booth). Dealer may opt out of work hours by paying an additional $32/month.

  • Name, Contact Phone Number, Preferred Booth Size
  • Brief Description of Merchandise
  • Clear Photographs of Merchandise
  • Please also include information about your sales history, including previous and current locations, successes, and a brief description of how you drive your business (website, social media, promotions/sales, etc.).
Photographs will be reviewed by a committee of current Mercantile Dealers for approval prior to leasing.
