• All booths require a 6-month lease.
 • First Month’s Rent & Security Deposit (equal to one-month’s rent) due in advance.
 • A 10% Sales Commission is collected by The Mercantile.
 • The Mercantile collects and reports all sales tax to the State of Texas.
 • The Mercantile offers sales information daily through what-sold.com.
 • *All booth rentals require four (4) monthly hours worked in store (but not in dealer’s booth). Dealer may opt out of work hours by paying an additional $48/month.

 • Clear Photographs of Merchandise
 • Please also include information about your sales history, including previous and current locations, successes, and a brief description of how you drive your business (website, social media, promotions/sales, etc.).
